The Open Cup of the Zaporizhzhia Region in ISO Martial Arts brought together more than 200 participants

In Zaporizhzhia, the Open Cup of the Zaporizhzhia Region in ISO Martial Arts took place, becoming a vibrant sporting event that brought together around 200 athletes competing in 237 categories. In addition to local fighters, athletes from Poltava, Kremenchuk, Dnipro, and Pavlohrad also took part, adding a nationwide scale and a high level of competition to the tournament.

The bouts were held on two rings and were marked by exceptional spectacle and intense competition. Each fight showcased strength of character, technical skill, and a true will to win. In five tournament brackets, title fights were held for a personalized cup and a cash prize provided by Tonmet LLC, where the battles were especially fierce.

According to the results of the overall team standings, the prize-winning places were taken by:
1st place – “Tornado” (coach Ilona Dobriihlo)
2nd place – “Mantis” (coach Rostyslav Melnychuk)
3rd place – “Gepard – Poltava” (coach Oleh Kovalenko)

The winners of the title bouts were:

  • Ruslan Zelenskyi – Mixed Combat (coach Rodion Povyetkin)
  • Kyrylo Skoryk – Thai Boxing Combat (coach Viacheslav Durov)
  • Yelyzaveta Rodytelieva – K1 Combat (coach Rostyslav Melnychuk)
  • Varvara Khokhlova – Wrestling (coach Yurii Leshchenko)
  • Ivan Dudnyk (Poltava) – K1 Combat (coach Oleh Kovalenko)
